... was a success. My dad decided to give my brother his HP Mini on Friday just to shut him up lol Besides he already knew what it was so it was pointless to give it to him on Sunday and wrapped. My mom only bought him stickers lol No pet turtle. Thank goodness though. We hardly have any money. Didn't ask on Yahoo for the tickets. Instead I checked Fandango and the theater that I go to doesn't actually accept online tickets so luckily we did go. It was a drag too 'cause we were planning on going at 10 but brother wasn't ready. 12, nope. Finally we decided to go to the 1:30 PM showing, but my dad didn't know about it and we were almost ready but he left to get a haircut which only lasted like 8 minutes lol So, my little brother was disappointed he cried lol Then got pissed off and didn't want to go to the 3:10 PM showtime. That it was too late and didn't want to go blah blah. I was like C'mon we've been planning on seeing this movie this since September, and a week ago for your B-Day. I started playing the trailer and some of MJ's music on his HP Mini even the AVGN review of the video game: MJ's Moonwalker. Still not convinced. Since I've planned on seeing this movie a long time ago and it may be my last free weekend before I may get a job this month. I decided to go myself. He wanted play maplestory and he tried but I turned off wi-fi lol So he gave up and decided to go with me. So, we go to the 3:10 showing and the last few days I'm thinking, "They don't count the previews as part of the starting time." Sure enough the time you see there is the time for previews too. Which made me rant to my little brother of how we could have still gone to the 1:30 and still made it in time for the start of the movie. lol 20 minute previews? Jeez. I gotta remember to add the 20 minutes when looking up showtimes online. The movie was great. The auditorium was almost full. I'd recommend it if your a fan of MJ. It actually almost made me cry since the Wanna Be Startin' Something started to play. I haven't shed a tear for MJ no matter how many times I listen to his sad songs, watch documentaries, always remembering me of his death. But I gotta admit it did choke me. You know that choking feeling you get in your throat when you cry non-stop. Yeah, I felt that twice during the beginning and the ending of the movie. I've always like Man in the Mirror and it's like the song that reminds me of his death the most. Let's say that after watching the movie I'll never listen to Man in the Mirror the same way ever again. My favorite part of the entire movie is the Thriller rehearsal. Damn. These 50 concerts in London were going to be for the history of concerts and music. Shame his death didn't let it come to fruition. Didn't stay to listen to "This Is It" in the credits since I told my dad to pick us up at 5 and it was already past 5:20 PM. This was the most waste of time I've ever experienced at the mall. We look outside and my dad isn't there. My little brother, oh, yeah forgot about him. Yeah, he's an MJ fan but IDK like he doesn't enjoy a movie unless he has a sweater and pop-corn, snacks, and a soda to go with it. This time he had neither and about like 40 minutes near the ending he was already complaining about wanting to leave or getting snacks. I found out that he only likes going to the movies for the arcade lol So, yeah we give the arcades a shot. This time the prizes were whack, so I didn't care much for it. Was telling my bro to hurry up 'cause dad may still be you know waiting for us in the food court or outside. So we go outside nothing. Waited like 5-10 minutes. Then was like you know what? I've been wanting to check out FYE for Godzilla movies. We take a stroll around the mall. We find FYE met up with an old friend from middle school. Damn lol It's been almost 7 years since I've seen him and surprised he still remembers me. Chattted. Then found the Big G movies. Good price but had bought an orange soda not too long ago. Instead I bought my little bro a Gaara Keychain lol wast of money. My little brother has always been that spoiled. Stop by Gamestop. Then I'm like dude we wasted a lot of time who knows dad may have passed by again. We wait in the food court again. Getting tired at 6 PM lol and I only felt that way because of the daylight savings time change. I'm like you know what let's go to security and ask for a phone. We called and of course my dad is still working. Picks up in 10 minutes. He said he left the mall around the time we got out of the theater. The rest of my day was history. Enough typing lol Longest journal I've written in a while. Oh, yeah I found it frustrating because I could have kept looking around the mall being worry-free of my dad picking us up. = RVN.
